Canon pixma ip4200 printer

-   Problem: The printed size comes out smaller than the setup (ca. 50% for Word doc and CD labels), and only black and white even when color is selected.  Here is what I have checked.  In the printer dialog box the paper size is A4 (I live in Europe), scale 100%, layout 1 page per sheet, tried both RGB color and CMY color.  The margins are 2.5 cm, normal. In preview the size looks normal.  This happened after I archived and re-installed OS 10.4 in my eMac. The printer software was still there, but it was not recognized by the computer, so I had to re-select ip 4200 as my default printer.  Please help!-   manoa
