I just got a new Samsung Smooth U350 cell phone one week ago. After charging it today and removing the cord, it went into download mode and I can't get it out and it won't turn off either. It says Ver u350:CB28.36. Can anyone please help me?

Thanks for the reply, however, I just called Verizon. The girl tried getting it to work using *228, but it did not help. The closest Verizon store to us is 1 1/2 hrs. away in Las Vegas. We will be traveling to family for the holidays so I plan on going into a direct Verizon store and try to get it replaced at no charge. The girl reactivated my old cell phone.

I would say get a new battery. They are pricy, but if you like your phone, go ahead and get a new one. Here is a link that might help you.

i would instead email them to an account. its like sending a picture text.. just use cfor example.. [email protected]..... in place of the phone number..

Won't stay charged for more than 6 hours with new battrey

its the default & maximum service given by your new battery & any kind of multimedia phones. you can not increase the time of discharge. don't use it much to listen songs,watch videos, surf net,etc. also disable the screen saver. all these will save your battery charge.

enter wrong code for nearly 10 to 15 times...now call ur customer care and get the PUK number for ur number... after entering the wrong number it automatically asks u the PUK number...enter the number you got from the customer care...ur phone ll be unlocked......
