I have no manual. I have dubbed a VCR to a DVD and the DVD plays fine on the LG. My Panasonic says that it is not formated properly. I have tried to Title it and finalize. When finished, i have the same "Title 1, Title2 etc. ans still will not plat on Panasonic.

- I give up. My machine takes several minutes to finalize the disk, it srill will still not play on a Panasonic. Both have +DVD RW. I guess I need a new machine.Jim

You need to "Finalize" the disc, or it will not play on any other dvd player other than your LG. Finalizing the disc permanently commits any data onto the disc, no more writing or editing can be done.
