Question about Logitech QuickCam Fusion Webcam
Do you know why my mic does not work on my logitech quickcam pro 4000 i appreciate this
To put that in cam microphone working, you need to see on audio settings properties and change the "recording device" to usb audio device, instaid of the soundcard as is. That means that the sound recording will be from the cam's microphone.
The steps are:
1- rigth mouse click on the speaker next to the clock OPEN VOLUME CONTROL
2- OPTIONS - PROPERTIES - RECORDING
3 - in MIXER/RECORDING DEVICE (where is your soundcard's name) change to USB AUDIO DEVICE and then OK
4- In the remaining volume control window, select MICROPHONE and then close all the volume control windows
5- you can test the mic settings in messenger (any version) because of volume and to a clearest voice sound in your pc.
ATTENTION: carefull with the distance between your cam and your sound speakers because of distorcing sound and feedback
