Question about Canon PIXMA iP1500 InkJet Photo Printer
Hi. It's a few days I get the message "Paper jam. Remove the jammed
paper, and press the Resume/Cancel button." But there is no paper! I
tried also to disassemble the printer several time, but I can't see
anything stuck anywhere and I keep on getting the same error. I also
tried to print with 2 different computers. Here you can see the video
of the printer disassembled with no paper and giving the paper jam
error. Any solutions? thanks!
Click on resume button we can print. thank u

The problem is with the software of your printer.. here's what you should do.. install back your printer, and then turn on your computer.. press ctrl + shift + escape.. this will open the task manager.. on the task manager, look for spool.exe and end its process... afterwards, try to reboot your computer.. i just hope this will work.. and please don't disassemble your printer again.... if this won't work, send your printer back to the manufacturer and they will have it fixed for you.. ok?
