Your 4 wire cord has red...black...white...and green wires.
On the dryer terminal block,put the white wire on the center terminal.
The green wire goes outside the terminal cover to the nearest screw for grounding.
The black and red wires go to the outside terminals on the terminal block. It does not matter which is right or left.
Black to black lug white to white lug red to red lug green to ground(any bolt that is attached to body of dryer)
