Pixies rule disney mp3 player

Hi, I have a pixies rule disney mp3 player and it registers into the computer just fine. The music downloads into the mix stick and comes up in the computer. The only problem is once it's disconnected, it doesn't play. I have windows vista and i have no clue what do to. To my understanding the mix stick is a newer version n it's smaller n i have no idea if that counts but if you can help me in any kind of way that'll be great. Im at wit's end. Thank you!!!

How do I add songs to my Mix Stick 2.0?

Hook the Mix Stick 2.0 up to an available USB port on your computer using the provided USB cable. Once the computer finishes loading the drivers for the Mix Stick 2.0, you can open the My Computer icon (or Computer in the Start Menu if you have Vista) and see the Disney Mix Stick 2.0 icon or the Removable Disk icon. You can then drag and drop your songs into the Mix Stick 2.0 or use the Sync feature in Windows Media Player to sync your existing tracks from Windows Media Player to the Mix Stick 2.0. Be sure to properly disconnect the Mix Stick 2.0 from your computer. For further assistance with this issue, please watch our video tutorial located here for a step-by-step walkthrough of this process.

How do I get music to down load onto Disney Mix Sticks?

You just plug this device to the USB port.Open my computer, you'll find an icon with the name Disney Mix , double click this to open.
Now minimize this window, go the folder where your songs are .. select those songs, copy them and come back to disney MiX window and paste those songs.

Solution2:You right click the songs and click option send to -- and choose disney Mix option from the list.

If you want to download songs from the website, make sure you save it to Disney Mix.

I have lost the software to disney mix stick. Please help

Please confirm what operating system your computer runs (like Windows XP or Vista). Also, confirm if you are looking for its drivers or some other special software.

If your system is running Windows XP or Vista, you can simply plug the device in and it will automatically appear in Start > My Computer (or Computer). You can then simply drop your music files (such as MP3s) straight onto the device.

With regards.

Disney Princess MP3 player

I think I have fixed the problem of the Disney mix stick not being recognized by thecomputer, or Win Media Player.
I had the same problem for about 8 months now and today I thought I would give it another chance and what I did worked.
First, I put the mix stick into my USB port
Then I went to c:\programs\Disney\Mix stick and there was a file called stupdaterapp, Disney Mix Stick Firmware Download Disney, I doubled clicked that and it started downloading, it was the same ver. firmware I already had but I clicked ok anyway, then when it asks you if you want to Format click yes.
When it finished I went to windows explore and the disney mix stick would let me drag and drop new music files on it and when I took it out, after ejecting it, the mix stick worked, it plays music again, I thanked God, I was about ready to just throw it away because it would not work at all it just flashed that light it has on it, and my computer did not recognize it at all, but after this it works and my grandaughter was so happy !
Please, if this works pass this fix on to everyone, there are alot of people out there with the same problem and maybe this will help them, there is no way I could go to every web site and post this.
Good Luck & God Bless !
P.S. Let me know if this helped anyone! my e-mail address is
