During when i wash my clothes, the button for program started to go round and round til it stop. and now i cant start again and the controll lamp is blinking...cant even open the door..what can i do?

Hi Gina,
When your machine stops during the cycle does it beep & hold some of the wash progress lights on?
This is how it displays where the fault is coming from.
The motor controller is the most common for this type of fault.

have a dish washing machine mechanic check it out as there may be a problem with the program or the control board.

You're start/pause button should pause the cycle, cancell should completely cancell. After pressing the Start/Pause within a cycle, the door lock may require time to unlock as indicated by the lock light on the panel.

If it's stopping during a wash cycle, suspect the heater elemant not heating up and moving the controller on. See if it runs fine during a spin/drain cycle. If it is very slow on all programs, try the noise filter capacitor before condemning the controller.

This seems to be a fault with the program controller unit or the water level sensor. The program does not advance further after the inlet is filled but operates the drain to exit water. Now the water level sensor must be checked as if this is not working in the stipulated time it will drain out. It is possible that the machine does not start off the cycle because there are errors or back feedback from the inputs. For the program to start up the main program controller must initiate the INLET valve to open up and allow water to flow into. If this does not happen then the voltage at the inlet valve must be checked or the fault relates to no voltage from the controller. This means the controller is a suspect.

If the water flows then the flow should be good, if not the inlet valve is bad or there is dirt in the filter. Also check the flow at the inlet of the water line. Once the water comes into the system the WATER LEVEL SENSOR - normally a pressure switch- must activate at the preset/chosen level to give the signal to the program controller to switch on the motor. What is most important for the motor to start functioning is that the door switch must be ON when the door is shut or this will be an error for starting the motor for rinse and wash.

Finally after the wash the drain valve will be activated, the water is allowed to come in to rinse and then finally the dry spin with the drain valve/pump activated so as to drain off all the water from the clothes during the spin.

Make sure that a fault in any of the cycle will relate to the specified action, so check the command from the program module and then the executing device be it the valve or motor or pump.

I had the same problem. I followed the signal lamp code and replaced NTC dryer sensor. The same error code came again. After that I reprogrammed EEPROM with original program and start getting different error codes. Finally I replaces all of electrolytic capacitors and it just start working with no problem. So, if you are planing to repair indesit than start with capacitors.
Tip: use capacitors with higher voltage than original, because voltage on PCB is around 16v
