When I click on the webcam image, I get the message ,the webcam is not connected. I see my moving image , so it must be intalled correctly. Windows messenger also shuts down frequently . CAn you help? Sid

Procedure Close all programs while uninstalling - downloading and uploading software Disconnect your webcam Uninstall the current webcam software on your computer Restart computer Download the Installation package from Microsoft Run the installer and choose your options when prompted Connect your webcam when prompted.

I could not see a lifecam 600 only Lifecam NX-6000 and Lifecam VX-6000
Download the software for the QuickCam Ultra Vision 5. Save to your hard disk and then run the program.
Reinstall the LifeCam software and then plug in the camera. LifeCam will use the Logitech Drivers and your camera should work fine.
