If you give me more details regarding the exact model, I may be able to link you to a service manual.

How do i fix problem Add Toner

The Ricoh has toner and developer. When the developer is depleted it can not get to the right density when toner is added so the machine keeps saying to add toner. You need to clean out the developer unit and put in new developer. Depending upon your model you may need to install a drum and blade too. Ricoh technicians are trained to dissemble the unit and just replace the parts needed instead of getting a whole drum/developer unit. RICOH MP 3350B ask for toner even having a new one

Take out the toner cartridge and shake it vigorously. When they sit for a long time the powder tends to clump.

Empty Developer on MP1900

Should replace the TYPE 28 DEVELOPER every 60,000 pages.... this is needed to mix with the toner. if you cleaned the toner/ developer mix out of the developer already then it will definatly give you blank pages ..... hopefully this helps.

Ricoh afficio 1045 & ricoh 450 toner is mixed in ricoh fw 780 now background and negative image is coming what can i do plz give some idea

firstly you need to remove the developer and vacume the developer unit and magnetic developer roller.
Put in new developer and correct toner in toner unit.
Call service...
After replacement there is a sequence wich needs to be done, for developer initialization.

Changed toner on ricoh 240w printer but still saying toner empty, replace toner

cycle the copier 1 to 5 times.. obviously it was either under toned and needs to cycle or you didnt remove the packing material from the toner befor you installed it ...check that too...

RIcoh MP-4500

It's probably happening because the cleaning blade on the drum needs to be changed or replaced.

Ricoh 1018d won't add toner after installing toner bottle.

the part numbers are different for each toner from ricoh, Lanier, Savin and Gestetner. From what I recall is the bottles are different, check the old bottle vs new. Also if the machine had run very low you may have to open and close the fron cover several times, this intiates a toner feed program.
