Transcent JFV30 Pendrive Driver

There are no drivers required to detect and access a flashdrive or even a Transcend PenDrive JFV30 under Windows XP or Vista. They are however needed for other Operating System such as Windows 98. Should this be the case, the drivers may be found here. If under XP or Vista, the pendrive could not be accessed/detected, then it is not the pendrive's drivers (or lack thereof) that should be the concern, it is the USB interface/drivers of the PC. Vista has been known to have major issues with USB and has issued a patch/upgrade/update here. XP SP1 has its own issues and the Microsoft patch/upgrade/update is here.

Hope this be of help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.

good luck and kind regards.

Start up

there may be several reasons as to why your puter is doing this. lets do some basic checks to try to get past this safe startup and into a regular startup.

1. ensure your power supply is good. many times a brown out or surge may cause a default as you have. this is done by doing common sense things as ensuring the power cord is completely plugged in at the power supply and into the back of the unit. (a simple loose connection will kick up this window u mentioned). ensure all connections to your cpu unit are secure as well as the wall power supply if you have a ups take it off line....for this

2. if you are able disassemble the unit (cpu) and ensure all cards are properly seated or if you in the recent past have installed a new item (video card, memory, or ect) you can reseat it or remove it. also. take necessary precautions.

3. software- if all the above items dont do it for you. your issue may be software. as mentioned above you can do a soft reset. first set the bios to default. if problem isnt fixed go to windows xp bios for the soft reset. this will attempt to repair drivers ect on windows and usually dosent affect files.

4. hard reset- this will erase all data currently on ur system. hard decision but you can do it. do you have dual hard disk drive. c and a D or other letter identifes second drive. this probably the last resort you want to take especially if you want old files. keep in mine however there are programs out there that will scan your hard drives for old files and they can sometimes be recovered. do the homework..on someone elses computer...bad joke.

anyway this is a simple approach and i hope your experience with ends up as a good one.

good luck

Installation on windows vista program

Who makes the ez305 web cam. Look @ the website of the producer if they have a driver your in. But if they don't and vista won't install a generic driver it won't work. Vista will make a lot of hardware obsolete just like xp for hardware that works with windows 98.

It sounds like it is a settings issue in Windows, you should be able to fix it by following this order:
Go to your Start Menu>Control Panel>Display>Settings>Advanced

Click on: "GEForce Go XXXX" and on nView Display Mode change from Single Display to either "Clone" or "Dualview"

Than click apply and that should fix your problem.

If that doesn't work, than download the Acer Driver with the for Windows XP if your monitor is certified for vista.

This is a common issue with vista,
Hope this helps!

Nexxtech product bought with no programing for windows vista

You will find many programs (and therefore hardware devices) that are NOT supported by Vista. Many drivers have not been written yet. You very well will not find any drivers that work with this device.
