Here is a link to the creative website that I JUST USED....everything works just fine, just follow the directions and it does an automatic search for your creative products. Like it says, make sure all hardware is plugged into your computer. Just click on the automatic update and it does all the work for you....Just FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS. Even If this is not the product exactly it figures all that out for you, so dont worry, this will work for ALL creative hardware.

yep same here ..easy fix......do internet search for driver creative webcam and serial number...if it ask u to pay dont......just keep search til u find one....and its usually found in archives....hope that helps
