Our Royal 130CX Cash Register does not print the entire transaction only small codes. It is as if the printer is stuck...
Cleaning and alignment is needed to solve these problems. As you can notice, the printer has various gears and small parts on it. Although the alignment for this kind of printer model is too complicated that only an authorized technician is capable of doing it. If you can look for an authorized service center for your cash register on your area then try to contact them. They either render home service or you will have to bring your unit to them.

I put in a new ink roll and the printing is heavy in some spots and too light to read in other spots. This is a Royal CX120. Any suggestions? Seems like keys need cleaned, but haven't got a clue how to do this. Help.
