Royal Cash Register 130 cx Does Not Print Correctly

Our Royal 130CX Cash Register does not print the entire transaction only small codes. It is as if the printer is stuck...

    I put in a new ink roll and the printing is heavy in some spots and too light to read in other spots. This is a Royal CX120. Any suggestions? Seems like keys need cleaned, but haven't got a clue how to do this. Help.

    Our Royal 130cx doesn't print the entire transaction. Seems as if printer gets stuck.

Cleaning and alignment is needed to solve these problems. As you can notice, the printer has various gears and small parts on it. Although the alignment for this kind of printer model is too complicated that only an authorized technician is capable of doing it. If you can look for an authorized service center for your cash register on your area then try to contact them. They either render home service or you will have to bring your unit to them.

To set the SAM4S ER-380 cash register to automatically print a second copy of the receipt after a transaction, you need to follow these steps:
  1. Turn on the cash register and press the MODE key until you see the REG mode.
  2. Press the PROGRAM key and enter your password (the default password is 0000).
  3. Press the 3 key for PRINTING.
  4. Press the 1 key for RECEIPT.
  5. Press the 3 key for AFTER PRINT.
  6. Press the 1 key for DUP (Duplicate Print).
  7. Press the CASH key to save your changes.
Now, the cash register will automatically print a duplicate receipt after each transaction.

Cash register PE ondisplay and nothing will work

It means printer error. Usually after a paper jam. Clear any paper out and try turning off and on at the wall. ***************************************************************************** *****************************************************************************

ROYAL ALPHA 587 CASH REGISTER

Try this, for example june 30 2004 =
Put the mode key in PRG position In round number keys press 063002 then press #/ST/NS key
If that works to set the time in round number keys press 1100 then press Qty/Date or 1305 for one 05 pm. I have a 587 cx and can't fiqure out how to print my reports X Z
