My phone rings, however no one can hear me. Also the headset icon is showing on the screen but I dont know why or how to get it off

This means that your phone thinks the headset is connected and so the sound is routed to the headphone jack. This is usally caused by water damage or dirt. put some 91% alcohol on a toothbrush and clean the connectors at the buttom of your phone. If that does not work, you need to open and inspect the connections inside for water damage

Camera problem

Welcome to the club! It's a common problem, send it to your service provider! if you have ATT insurance, blame the cover coming off as the fault, and then mention the camera not working. Nokia tech support won't help. Trust me, I tried it.
