Symphonic WF206 please tell me the external input channel? I am trying to hook up a new DVR player and I have misplaced my manual.How do I hook this up? Thank you. Susan Cunningham

Have inherited this tv, no manual. Have to use Directv remote. Am trying now to connect new Toshiba vcr/dvr recorder, but TV go on menu to any "input" channel. Does this tv not have an...

Check the tv manual buttons,have a input button.No.Try website like to buy an original remote so can find out with input ur VCR/DVD device unit hook up into like video input like 1 or 2.

I am trying to hook up a dvd player to my Symphonic TV. (ST420FF) When I hook the red, white and yellow cords to the back of the dvd player, I can't find it on the tv. I don't see a line in or line out...

try to look first the video in commonly the color is yellow, white, red the yellow one is the video and the white,red is the audio if you connect it press the video on your remote.

I have a 27 inch black Symphonic t.v model wf2702. with this t.v I having been able get a picture with my Apex dvd connected to the t.v.could you please hlep me withthis
Please find a user manual above, and a service and repair manual below.
You need to check, that BOTH units are set to correct video format, IE: NTSC of PAL. The Connections are wired up correctly, the Correct External INPUT has been selected on the TV. Remember you do NOT use "Channels" to view Externally connected devices. You always wire color to color on both ends of the equipment. Please follow the manual.

Menu go to video change inputs to which outlet you are using for External jacks For Example If you hook jacks to AV1 on back then change input in menu to AV1.

No remote and cannot change to video mode!

Go to radio shack and get an universal remote control that has a tv/vcr input button. the one i got is a Phillips Universal to switch channels myself.

Connecting dvd player

the tv should be in video mode in order to accept input from dvd...when it does'nt work try to use a modulator that should be connected at the back through using cable with f-connector both sides...

Can't find a channel to watch a DVD pre-recorded DVD

you should have a input select button on your remote. video 1 should be the front and video 2 should be the back. i had to buy 3 or 4 different universal remotes when mine messed up just to get the one button to change to change it to the inputs because there is no other way to change it to that with he buttons on the tv. kinda surprised that you didn't try and push that button yet.
