Troy-bilt snow thrower won't start-- full of gas and oil I am using the electrical start (won't turn-over). Machine is 2years old.

Check spark plug is clean and not cracked . If you google make and model it comes up with some information of how to sort problems .

CHECK TO SEE IF THE ICE FROZE I THE CHUTE YOU MAY HAVE TO PULL THE COVER OFF THE TOP THIS SOUNDS LIKE THERE MIGHT BE ICE BUILD UP ALSO AFTER THE COVER IS PULLED OFF CHECK THE GEAR THAT TURNS THE CHUTE BY TURNING THE HANDLE

Check with the engine manufacturer if you have trouble with Troy built.

Excellent. Put some grease on the axle before you put it back together so it comes apart next time.

Hmmm... THAT sounds like you have an obstruction (ice???) in the fuel line or in the bottom of the tank.

still something in that carb that needs to be cleaned out

check for binding or bent chute clips
lube anything that moves with light oil

make sure its not leaking out of the bottom of the carb
if so clean carb
float may be sticking

dirty carb

check the oil level. There is a safety device in a lot of small engines that will either kill the motor or not allow the motor to start if it is low on oil
