Have got aspire 5610z, vista home premium, intel pentium dual core - the problems - 1) usb mouse lights come on but pointer on screen does not move - yes i have tried same mouse on another vista machine & it works fine and I have tried it on all 4 ports - acer says download intel vga driver but site only offers for xp and cant download due to second problem - 2)internet connection keeps freezing - aser says download intel chipset driver - this also only xp option and due to freezing - takes a long time to get to website (due to having to connect about 10 times first) when I get into site it wont download - errormessage says something about website not available try later (this happens on all attemted downloads) HELP
Check the BIOS if the USB support is enabled. check also on pointing or pad device that is also enabled.
