Probable cause. Computer Virus, Disk Space Error, Disk Space damage. Try to formatting it using the settings in your Walkman or in the computer you can format the disk of your Walkman. after you have it done, try to do your task and if it's still not working contact the service center ASAP.

My disk is empty and when i try to download songs it says i dont have enough disk space

you may have them downloading in the wrong format encryption

check to see what format they are in such as MSC, this will be in your menu. Depending on your exact device will depend how to change it, but change it to the other and if that doesn't help, let me know

hi have you istalled the correct software that came with it.
if you have then it could be that the tracks you have put on it are in wrong format.
you can change the format by using search engine and type in change format you need to change them to mp3 also delete whats on their and start again if you use something like limewire you can get tunes for free and after downloading them store them in file then you can drag and drop them onto your mp3

Hi FixYa.My Guru Dili sugested I use software to convert the wav format ,which he said was taking up to much disc space .On converting the wav format to MP3 I have found that the conversion did not reduce the MB sum considerably less than the wav format .However I have tried reducing the rip speed on my media player but I have yet to compare the output quality of the sound at the reduced rip speed on my MP3 player .So for Windows XP,- media player,- rip options, then alter the scale down to a lower scale reading . Can't transfer a DVD film to e250

The Sansa Media Converter will only properly convert 15-minute chunks at a time, and it does not recognize the copy-protection system. You will have to use video editing software to break it into chunks, then run those chunks through the Sansa Media Converter.

Sansa e260

The e260 works with microSD cards. Your 4GB card is actually a microSDHC card and won't work in the Sansa.
With a microSD card, simply put music tracks into a folder called "MUSIC". When the card is installed, the Sansa will see the additional tracks.
