Hi,
I'm looking to replace the grills in my Patio Classic 3000 charcoal grill. I get no reply from the web site or phone lines. Have they gone out of business? If so has someone picked up thier inventory so I can order parts?

I live in Louisville and I'd be happy to go down to their plant and see if I can find out any info. Can you let me know the name of the company that took over their operation?

They wen't out of business and no one took over the product! Talked to the company that took over their manufacturing facilities in Kentucky.
