Hi. I have an Acer Aspire 4930 running on Windows Xp SP3 Home Ed.
I have problem when trying to shut down my laptop. It refuses to turn off instead restarting itself. A blue screen of death appears for just a moment before the system restarts again. This happens every time I want to turn off my laptop. I have uninstalled all recent installed software and the same thing happens. Is there any solution for this problem? Any suggestion?

- can you explain in detail how to reset the CMOS bat?

Hi,

I want you to try this first reset the CMOS bat , put a new Hard disk install EXP .
