I've product key and serial No. but there is some problem in setup, so can I get free microsoft office from net and access it with my serial no. and key.

you can download the trail version from the following link
http://www.microsoft.com/products/info/product.aspx?view=22&pcid=1172ffa8-dd3b-41d2-8a75-b423a0b80b9e&crumb=catpage&catid=fab9617a-57ff-4789-9397-6dac071b19b0
its a 60 day trial version.
once the 60 day time completes you would be prompted to upgrade to complete version.
then you can use the serial# and product key to continue using office
