Restarting problem When i power on the laptop appears it restart aftre power on

You could do a hard restart but it will wipe all your data.
Turn off tablet.
Hold VolUP and POWER buttons until the Gemini logo appears.
A green robot with a red warning sign will appear.
Press and hold POWER, press VolUP once, release the POWER button. A menu will show on-screen.
With the VolUP and VolDOWN keys you can move up and down. Press POWER to select.
Select Factory Reset.
Then select YES.
Press POWER to restart.

The problem lies within your video card. Try to replace your video card please but be careful on doing so, unplug your computer first before changing your video card. don't forget the video card driver installation disk you'll need it. yes go to the intertnet tool and then clik on internet option, after click on advance option, in the bottom you will fined reset do click on that aftr that restart the internet exploler..

remove the adapter from the laptop, take out the batteries...and in this state press and ghold down the power key on the laptop for 25-30 seconds. This will drain out all the static electricity accumulated on the board.
Restart the PC
Still if remove the media in your CD, DVD, or floppy drive and then restart the computer.
Restart your computer in safe mode. To do this, press the F8 key while Windows is starting.
Select Start Up repair & the PC restarts by itself.
If start up repair does not work again go to the safe mode and select LKGC from there.

I would say,Yes you should be worry there a lot things can be affecting you laptop try ctrl + alt then delete then appear a windows task manager go to shut down it will appear stand by,turn off ,restart etc.hit on restart and wait what happens if doesn't restart could be your memory or many thing I alredy explain.Good luck

Please try to unplug the laptop from power and remove the battery for over 10 seconds. Then start it up again. There are other things we can try if this does not work.
