Question about HP OfficeJet 4315 All-In-One InkJet Printer

PRINTING NOT WORKING

I BOUGHT AN ALL IN ONE HP PRINTER4315 MODEL FROM UK FROM PC WORLD CATFORD IN JULY 2007.EVEN THOUGH CATRIDGES ARE PLACED CORRECTLY THE PRINTER SHOWS CATRIDGE IN ERROR AND PRINTING IS NOT EFFECTED. ALL OTHER FUNCTIONS ARE OK.I WANT TO GET IT REPAED EITHER REPLACING FAULTY PART ORREPAIRING THE FAULT OF THE PART TO GET IT WORKING.I LOST THE WARRANTY/ BILL. HOW TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM? PL ADVISE.THANKING YOU

Hello, maybe it is not placed well. you have to check on the catridge that is bought, to know if the catridge is well doing on the printer.

Ink cartridge not properly installed


I have gone through all the forums but none of them worked...

The correct solution for the problem is the canon printer needs to have both the color and black catridges present in the printer...
So even if you purchased new black catridge only you need to have the old color catridge to be placed in the place of color catridge....

So it will detect the catridges and if any of the one is empty it asks to select black at the time of printing and simply select it you will get a black print...

So make sure both the catridges either empty or full need to be placed to detect the catridges....

I changed my black ink and now i get the message left cartridge incorrect..how do i fix it?


HP PSC 2210 InkJet Printer. The following has to be done for checking the Blank Ink Catridge working : 01. Remove the existing Black catridge and Color Catridges from the Printer carefully. 02. Clean the location with a soft cloth with cleaning liquid to make the place dust free. 03. Put the correct black and colour cartridges recommended by HP and that too genuine one. 04. Do not use any refilled or reinked local catridges that will spoil the HP PSC 2210 printer. 05. Re-install the catridges both Black and Colour properly. 06. Take a test print out - both black and colour print outs. 07. Check the Printer status and there is no warning of Cartridges wrongly inserted. Have a Good day.

HP Print cartridges are unrecognised


Hi,

I understand your concern, the cause for this problem is you are trying to install the cartidges which belongs to different zone. This is due to regionalization of the cartridges. As you have bought the printer from UK you should get the cartridges from that zone only.

Click here to know which zone UK belongs and which cartridge is compatible with your printer. From the link you can find UK belongs to zone 2 and New zealand belongs to zone 1. So return the uncompatible cartridges and replace it with zone 2 cartridges.

My hp deskjet 1280 will not print yellow


Hello, this is Harry from www.BusinessSpread.co.uk.
We had the exact same problem when printing, we used 3 different 78 colour ink cartages and they all said 100% full but did not work. We then had a look at the dates on the box and they were all expired so when buying ink from anywhere even PC world or Curry’s always look at the expiry date.
Today I went to PC world and purchased a new 78 ink which said expires July 2011 and it works perfectly fine.

HP Deskjet D4160 Won't print


In this case what i would request u to do is.......
Take out both the catridges from the Printer.........
Take 2 Paper Towels one should be wet with Luke warm water and the other one should be dry...........
Take the Colour catridge first turn it upside down and u will see a small copper plate on the catridge from where the ink comes out.......
Place the wet paper towel using ur thumb on the Copper plate and press it a lit bit for 10 Seconds......
Now remove it and see whether u see any ink on the paper towel..........
U should see some ink on it now place the dry paper towel on the ink catridge in the same way........
Now do the same procedure again..........
Do the same procedure twice on the Black Catridge.................
Now take the dry paper towel and turn the direction of the cartridge so that u can see a Copper plate on it with small boxes just clean that copper plate with the Dry Paper Towel..........
Know insert both the catridges inside the Printer........

whats your printer model?clean the catridge contacts and the print head insert it again properly then switch off and on,do a hard reset from the menu button ,and make sure your using a genuine catridge most especially if your printer is hp product.that should work

try install catridge one by one see whether it is accepting or not. just install black catridge and see if you not getting any error that mean your balck catridge is ok may be problem with colour catridge it may me becoz of dry ink or dust in catridge nozle try to clean the catridge by tissue paper and see. bye
