Contol Lock remains ON and I cannot get Control Lock to turn off in order to use machine

I have the same problem. I've unplugged the machine to "reboot" it but still the light is on. I can't even figure out why it came on.:(

GuruTry "dry" & "spin" together for a few seconds. This is the child lock display.
Or press "end of cycle" for over 5 seconds. Works for other machines...............And please rate me if helped
