Question about DVD & Blu-Ray Players
I have the same issue and called Philips just now. The solution is - make sure there is no disc in your machine, press the setup button, arrow to the preferences pages and highlight but don't enter, type in the number 138931, it will come up with region 4, arrow to change it to 0 and press setup to exit. I certainly hopes this works!
