    I am trying to connect also and i use the press button on my connection wizard. where exactly is the button that they want me to press?

You need to be a bit more specific. What connection wizard, and what operating system? Also, what kind of wireless card?

Welcome to Fixya. I would like to know the location of the wireless router and the wireless computer and the google tv. Are they in a same room, same floor? any walls or obstacles that can block the wireless signal? any other device that has the same issue with the router when put in a same room? My other laptop cannot connect to my wireless internet.i have a desktop and my other laptop can.

The laptop that has trouble connecting to the wireless router, the wireless card in this laptop has not been configured with the router's wireless settings eg. the SSID, encryption key etc

Im having trouble linking my router with my laptop

HI! if the problem is wireless connection, check the wireless settings of your router if there is a wireless security, u need this information to connect ur laptop to wireless network, then right click the wireless network icon on the lower right of ur task bar and it will pop the wireless network windows, on the left side of this windows, look for related task and select on change the order of the prefered network, it will pop the wireless connection properties and u have to remove all the name on the preferred network and once its done view available network and connect the the ssid of ur network and if there is a security u need to enter the password, if this process dont solve, uninstall the drive of your wireless adapter and re install it..then do the first step again..

Double check your router settings to make sure your USB wireless adapter is permitted to use your wireless connection. You will probably find this under wireless security settings. I set up my wireless routers to only allow mac addresses of devices I specify, to prevent drive-by or neighbors using my connection.

If your ISP is not having problems typically a router will just need a reboot to make it start working again. Simply unplug the power cord to it, wait 10-15 seconds, plug back in and try it again.
