Question about IBM ThinkPad 390 E Notebook
When i turned on my laptop . in the screen "operating system not found"
How do you know if the hard drive is detected in the Bios?? Also how do you get to the hard drive?

This issue showed that the harddrive is not found. Try to fixed hardware connecting from harddrive and the board.
did you see hard drive detected in the bios at start? if your are sure that the connection cable is firmly fixed and the hard drive still not detected by the bios. so there is a problem with your harddrive. you should/may replace that.On the other hand if in case your hard drive is detected and still thesame problem encountered. then, you should reinstall your operating system by inserting the original operating system recovery/ windows bootable installation disc to refresh the state of your system.
