-   I have the same problem, can record video, but no audio. Book specifies there is a microphone. No place on the setup to turn on or off, Puzzled!! Went and got a 1 GB memory card thinking this may have some bearing. Nothing changed. Many tests, many times talking at the top of my lungs thinking possibly the mic was just weak. Beginning to think I made a bad decision buying this. Everything else seems to wrk just fine. Please help!!! Janet -   golden76

-   Yes, no sound now, although it worked just fine previously. Checked computer settings for sound. When looking at the file settings... the audio side is not "active" and does not allow adjustments. It seems to recognize that there is no audio.-   Kuskomama
