In the receiver no but in the mouse itself yes i assume that you are haveing problems getting your mouse to work you should see a button on the mouse bottom and on the reciver press the receiver button first then the mouse to get them to syn up! good luck!
No, there's no battery for the cordless mouse receiver. The receiver is only getting a small amount of power from the USB ports of the computer.
