PUK is sim specific and has nothing to do with the phone. It's the security embedded on the sim card. You have to get the PUK code in the card attached in the sim card packaging when you bought it and enter the PUK Code to be able to access your sim. If you can't find it, you have to report to your telecom provider. If they can't do anything, it's time to buy a new sim card.
When a Sim is showing invalid Sim card it means that the Sim card has been blocked by the service center of the Sim.
In other to unblock the Sim card, you will need to contactl the customer care service of the Sim your using to give you steps to unlock the Sim card so you can be able to use the Sim card again.
And the good thing about it is that the call is free.
I am not familiar with that model but if it still uses a SIM card, the lock is probably on the sim card. You could swap out the sim card and unlock that way. Only problem is you'd lose any contacts on the old card and it would likely cost you $20 for the new sim card. The cell phone company should be able to handle it for you but you'll likely have to find a store front.
call your service provider (e.g. Telstra, optus, virgin, vodofone), and ask them for the code and they should be a ble to unlock it for you, they might ask you for a few details.
hi Try with all the code to see whether you can get one to unlock your phone. If all still cannot help then you can only contact Samsung Support for help. I hope these information below at least can give you some hints:
