I have the same problem. I have been using Windows Media Player to Sync, which is what customer service said to use if I want to transfer iTunes songs. But it duplicates songs, won't let me delete them, freezes, and dosen't transfer the information. For example, it will say "04" instead of the name. But the name shows on parts of the menu.

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

It sounds like you need to update the device firmware...first you will need to format the device using windows media player..once you format it go to the sandisk site to get the latest firmware for your device..that should resolve your problems...
