Is it possible to attempt turning off printer, then turning back on. This possibly could remove trouble code error 04.
If it just started doing this all of a sudden, then it is a good bet that *********** board is fried. If you just installed some memory or a communications card or new drive, then take it out and see if it still does it. If not, check the installation instructions to make sure it was put in right.
