Sound Do not have any sound on computer when I install web cam

It is a completely normal LAPTOP If you can not hear anything it is because one of these things : 1 : the volume of the speakers is down, you have then turn up the volume at the corner together with the watch 2: the driver to the sound to the computer is not intalled, then you have maybe a driver CD that followed with the computer
FOR THE WEB CAM : Many Web-cams today are plug and play, that means you just insert it to the computer and the computer install the driver :-) IF NOT : then you have a CD that followed with the purchase of the web cam, just insert the CD to the computer and follow the instructions. Have a nice time over there

I have had the same problem in the past too. Here is what I did, first disconnect the web cam from your computer. Then go to the manufactures website and download the latest drivers they have for the model webcam you have. Install the drivers first, then hook up the web cam. You should then get a pop up window at the bottom of the screen saying a new device or drivers are being installed. Once this finish's reboot (restart) your computer and your web cam should now work. You may have to adjust the settings for sound or brightness but those are minor things. If you install it the way I suggest it should work, either that or you have a bad web cam.

Just go to logitech's website look at the top of the screen it should say something like drivers or software. They also show pictures of the various web cams they make so you should be able to match your web cam to one of the pictures. Download the latest drivers, but before you do this unplug your webcam from your computer. Then install the drivers you just downloaded. Then it will either prompt you to plug your web cam back in or wait until the software finish's installing then plug your web cam back in. You will see a pop up telling you a new device or drivers are being installed. Once that completes you will probably have to adjust the video image and the sound after that you can use your web cam whenever you want too.

Hello my friend, i had encounter same problem as you have when i on one of my client's computer. You can reinstall the driver of your sound card. When you installed the program driver of your cam the sound card is affected due to some factor either the sound card is currupted. So my solution are the following: 1. Go to my computer icon then right click it the click properties. Then go to Tab name Hardware then click device manger then check if the sound driver is not installed or it is being corrupt. Then proceed to the reinstallation of your sound card driver. But if the sound card driver is installed then reinstall you windows media player.
