I turned off my phone using the menu options and don't know how to turn it back on. can somebody help me?

Push and hold the power button on the front of the BlackBerry. This is the button on the face of the phone at the lower right corner. The button is teardrop shaped and has a symbol on it that looks like a sun with a vertical bar.
