On the right side of the machine open to take out Color (Cyan, Magenta,Yellow) All in one drum unit and take out Black drum unit. Tranfers Belt will slide out by first twisting the two green pins and a push of a side lever on the unit pull all the way out.- D Love/Love Laser

Ricoh aficio 1515 printing faded images on one side. Just replaced the drum / toner / hot roller. Same issue when printing and copying What else could cause the problem?

Could be one of a few things:

Most likely is the transfer roller. If it's dirty or old and not applying enough charge, it may not be pulling all the toner away from the drum. Replacing the transfer roller is easy if you can get a new one.

Are you sure you have the correct toner? The wrong toner can definitely cause copy quality problems.

If the springs that hold the press roller against the hot roller are not properly in place (or if they have started to lose tension) the toner won't be fully fused onto the paper.

I'd start with the transfer roller (black roller that sits opposite the drum on the right side door) first -- it's the most likely culprit.

My Ricoh Aficio CL2000N is printing several faint lines

Couple possibilities:
Fuser hot belt has wear lines transfering to the page
Black pcu needs to be replaced
Transfer unit is not being cleaned properly and needs to be replaced.
Remove each of these assy and inspect them for wear or lines that corespond to the lines on your prints.

Ricoh Aficio 3035 copier; Pages are getting light and has some streaks in spots, like one of the roller is getting dirty. Looking for service manual or instructions for general cleaning and maintenance.

I haven't looked inside on of these yet. I have experience with Ricoh/Savin Faxes and Printers. You will want to look at the transfer roller (or if older model, corona wires) The roller will be black unless contaminated with paper dust then, it will appear grey in color. You can carefully remove the transfer roller (they are usually meant to be customer replaceable) and using canned air, blow the excess off. DO NOT TOUCH the roller with bare hands!!! The oil from your skin will ruin the roller. Also, look behind the drum ***'y. There should be a **** about 3 to 4 inches long by 1/4 wide where the laser image is projected from. This area can be covered in toner & paper dust. Use the canned air but do not tip the can on its side or upside down. The propellant will leave a residue on the glass and can damage it! Use a clean, dry Q-Tip or Foam wipe to remove any debris from this area. By the way: How many prints have you done? All drums have a set number of "clicks" or images. most are good for 12K to 16K. I can't recall Ricoh's threshold.

Ricoh CL2000N always have to press go for every print

You must have a "special paper" size set in the tray other than "plain", or perhaps the wrong size, so the printer needs you to override the setting. Check the settings. You can find out how on pages 24, 25 of the "operating guide". Go to the following web page to download it -just select your model from the drop down list:

White streaks in print outs

Check transfer roller, or change black cartidge, if it only happens to the black then there is something wrong with that part of the process.
