I have to say a Google for the devce on thre detail you supplied dd not reveal any thing about such a camera.i

NO don't buy it. It doesnt't hold a charge you go through batteries like toilet paper. Mine won't turn on anymore and I've only had it for a year.

have you tried the formatting function of the camera?

Press the set button to open the configuration mode. Select “Format”, press the OK button and select “YES” to start formatting.
The menu is displayed again after formatting.
