Question about Toshiba Satellite A65-S1065 Notebook
The cursor is frozen on my notebook. I cannot get the mouse/touchpad to move. This has happened before and I was able to fix it but I don't know how i did it. Could you please advise me what to do to repair this .... thanks
Restart the pc and ensure up to date virus protection and spyware protection and run full scans of both. all else fails format the drive and reinstall windows
