Question about Wolfgang Puck BFPR0015 Food Processor
I am having a very difficult time finding a replacement part for my Food Processor. I need the complete metal blade attachment that sits down over the center "spindle". The inside of mine has a piece broken out and it will not stay secure when I turn the processor on. It always comes loose. I can't use it at all until I find a replacement part. I emailed the company but got no response.
I found that tightening the small Philips head screw at the base of the hex spindle made the unit useable again. The factory was of absolutely NO use with this problem. No more WP appliances for me!
