Silly actually... I had this after filling the water container. I didn't insert it all the way. This code indicates a disruption in the water supply.

Wf860 Error Code: F10

hiya
this could be caused by a faulty pressure switch (controls water levels). but due to the machine sharing the same electrical components as indesit it could be a fault on the main pcb.

hope this helps

please dont forget to rate the helpfuness of this reply, thanks kj

Hotpoint Ultima W860

hi there f10 fault code means pressure switch not sensing,
this could be to do with low water pressure or a bad connection on the pressure switch or control module which is located at the back left hand corner of the machine, remove backplate to gain access and remake all connections on module, if this should not resolve the fault i would be looking to replace the pressure first part no= C00112659 cost about £15

ps. always disconnect from mains before carrying out any work
