Question about Whirlpool Ultimate Care II LSQ9549L Top Load Washer
I noticed today that when the washer goes to spin cycle there is a strange noise (kinda scratchy). When I turn it off I notice that the clothes are not stuck to the side evidencing that it spins. I tried the spin on each cycle choice (delicate, handwash, regular) - all sounds the same. After sitting it does appear that the barrell drains but clothes are still very wet. Help!!
Did all the standing water pump out?? If sou you may have broken a drive coupling

Tips for a great answer:
That's a great question, Roth!
Based off the information you have provided your Frigidaire washer is making a loud noise during the spin cycle. This could be an issue with your bel, motor, or tub. In order to find the cause of your noise you may need to disassemble your washer. This is not a simple DIY job and I would recommend contacting a technician to come out. This will help prevent any future issues or personal injuries. -Matt
