Question about SAMTRON 55V 15" CRT Monitor
The monitor relay oscillates when powered on.
It isn't getting a steady, usable source of power, you can try to diagnose this your self but it will be a power issue INSIDE the monitor within the circuit board

Does it make a clicking sound while powering or a high frequency oscillations? A high frequency oscillation when powered on sometimes is caused by a problem with the power supply circuit and the horizontal circuit as well. And at times caused by the flyback transformer.
