Samsung Digital phone systems... including DCS, DCS Compact, DCS 50si, DCS 400si, iDCS 500, iDCS 100, DS 616 And Samsung Voice mail systems... including SVMi-4, SVMi-8, and Cadence.
This is a multi-step process which involves entering administrator level programming and then setting the date and time. Programming can only be done from a 12 or 24 button display telephone.

  1. With your handset on-hook, press TRSF and then dial 200. Your display then shows ENABLE CUS. PROG. PASSCODE:
  2. Dial your 4-digit pass code 1234 (which is the default pass code). The display then shows ENABLE CUS. PROG. DISABLE. If the pass code 1234 does not work as stated, please see Samsung DCS Notes below.
  3. Dial 1 to enable. The display now shows ENABLE CUS. PROG. ENABLE.
  4. Press TRSF and the keyset will return to its idle condition. Once you have entered administrative level programming, you must begin programming within 30 seconds. Any delay of more than 30 seconds between keystrokes will cause the system to automatically exit the programming mode.
  5. Next enter the new date and time as follows:
Press TRSF and then dial 505. The display then shows the current date and time setting on your system. The example below shows Monday, April 7, 2003, 9:30 AM.
  6. OLD: 0 04 07 03 : 09 30
    NEW:WMMDDYY:HHMM.
  7. Enter the correct date using the dial pad as follows:
W= Day of the week (0-6; Week begins on Monday and ends on Sunday)
    MM= Month (01-12)
DD= Day of the month (01-31)
YY= Last two digits of the year (01)
HH= Hour (Use 24 hour clock and enter the range of 00-23)
    MM= Minutes (00-59)
Press TRSF to store and exit programming. If you have entered invalid data, you will receive an INVALID ENTRY message for three seconds. Reenter the date and time.

You can only change the time on the primary phone in the system. You need to find out which one that is and change it on that one and the rest should change. Or just try it on all the phones connected to the system. It will work on one. Then that's it.

Remove the batteries, and the power cord, wait for the LCD screen to go blank. Re-insert the batteries, as soon as you put in the last battery, look at the LCD screen. You will see a display massage. Hit the up/dn arrow on the round key which say Del. -- Dial/Opt until you see set time. Use this same key to set the time and date. Hope this help you.

How doI set the clock

Setting the Time (Without Date Display) If your vehicle has an AM/FM base radio with a single CD player and preset buttons numbered one through six, the radio will have a clock button for setting the time. You can set the time by following these steps: 1. Press the clock button until the hour numbers begin flashing on the display. Press the clock button a second time and the minute numbers will begin flashing on the display. 2. While either the hour or the minute numbers are flashing, turn the tune knob, located on the upper right side of the radio, clockwise or counterclockwise to increase or decrease the time. Instead of using the tune knob, you can also press the SEEK, FWD (forward), or REV (reverse) buttons to adjust the time. 3. Press the clock button again until the clock display stops flashing to set the currently displayed time; otherwise, the flashing will stop after five seconds and the current time displayed will be automatically set. To change the time default setting from 12 hour to 24 hour, press the clock button and then the pushbutton located under the forward arrow label. Once the time 12H and 24H are displayed, press the pushbutton located under the desired option to select the default. Press the clock button again to apply the selected default, or let the screen time out. Setting the Time (With Date Display) If your vehicle has a radio with a single CD player or a CD with DVD player, the radio will have a clock button for setting the time and date. To set the time and date, follow these instructions: 1. Turn the radio on. 2. Press the clock button and the HR, MIN, MM, DD, YYYY (hour, minute, month, day, and year) will appear on the display. 220 3. Press the pushbutton located under any one of the labels that you want to change. Every time the pushbutton is pressed again, the time or the date if selected, will increase by one. • Another way to increase the time or date, is to press the right SEEK arrow or FWD (forward) button. • To decrease, press the left SEEK arrow or REV (reverse) button. You can also turn the tune knob, located on the upper right side of the radio, to adjust the selected setting. The date will not automatically display. The only way to see the date is by pressing the clock button when the radio is on. The date with display will time out after a few seconds and go back to the normal radio and time display. If your vehicle has a radio with a six-disc CD player, the radio will have a MENU button instead of the clock button to set the time and date. To set the time and date, follow these instructions: 1. Turn the radio on. 2. Press the MENU button. Once the clock option is displayed. 3. Press the pushbutton located under that label. The HR, MIN, MM, DD, YYYY will appear on the display. 4. The only way to see the date is by pressing the MENU button and then the clock button when the radio is on. The date with display will time out after a few seconds and go back to the normal radio and time display. 221 To change the time default setting from 12 hour to 24 hour or to change the date default setting from month/day/year to day/month/year, follow these instructions: 1. Press the clock button and then the pushbutton located under the forward arrow label. Once the time 12H and 24H, and the date MM/DD/YYYY (month, day, and year) and DD/MM/YYYY (day, month, and year) are displayed. 2. Press the pushbutton located under the desired option. 3. Need to change the time

You weren't precise if the change was due to Daylight Savings Time or just a general need to change the time so I'm giving you the complete set of instructions for changing the time

Setting the Time
Note: Use 24 hour and 60 minute format when setting the time.
For example: 2:00 pm = 14:00.
1. To make changes to your clock’s time setting, you must first put the clock into Program mode. See
section Accessing Program Mode to Update Calendar, Time and DST for instructions. When the
display flashes P1 dAtE, press the ◄ left button until P2 CL oc appears, then press the ● right
button.
2. Press the ◄ left button to choose 12-hour AM/PM display or 24-hour military time, then press the ●
right button.
3. Press the ◄ left button until the correct hour appears, then press the ● right button.
4. Press the ◄ left button until the correct minutes appear, then press the ● right button.
5. When the display flashes the correct time, press the ● right button.
6. The display flashes P2 CL oc again. To make changes to the DST start date or DST end date, press
the ◄ left button one time until P3 BDLE appears in the display and continue to How to Set the
Begin Date for DST. Otherwise, press the ◄ left button several times until END appears, and select
the ● right button to save your updated settings.
How to Disable DST
To disable Daylight Saving Time, set the DST beginning date equal to the ending date (i.e., DST begin
date = 08-03-09; DST end date = 08-03-09).
See next for details regarding setting the DST begin date and end date. Typically, clocks operating in
Arizona, Hawaii and Puerto Rico do not observe DST, and disabling the DST function typically applies to
those areas only.
By default, and unless otherwise modified, DST takes effect on the first Sunday in April and ends on the
last Sunday in October (this was the United States standard through 2006).
How to Set the Begin Date for DST
Note that in 2007 the standard for DST changes to a different start date and end date. The steps below
correct the change in the new start date for DST. The new start date and end date need only be changed
once, since the clock’s rolling calendar function auto-calculates the start date and end date for DST every
year thereafter.
Note that if the begin date for DST has passed, in addition to modifying the begin date (and end date),
you will also need to modify the time.
1. When the display flashes P1 dAtE (see earlier section Accessing Program Mode to Update
Calendar, Time and DST for instruction), press the ◄ left button until P3 bdLt appears, then press
the ● right button.
2. Press the ◄ left button until the correct year appears, then press the ● right button.
3. Press the ◄ left button until the correct month appears, then press the ● right button.
4. Press the ◄ left button until the correct date appears, then press the ● right button.
5. When the display flashes the correct year, month and date, press the ● right button.
6. When the display flashes P3 bdLt, press the ◄ left button once to select next menu option, P4
EdLt, which provides a way to set the end date of the Daylight Saving period.
Setting Daylight Savings Time for model PIX-10/15/21
Page 4 of 4
How to Set the End Date for DST
Note that in 2007 the standard for DST changes to a different start date and end date. The steps below
correct the change in the new end date for DST. The new start date and end date need only be changed
once, since the clock’s rolling calendar function auto-calculates the start date and end date for DST every
year thereafter.
1. When the display flashes P4 EdLt (see conclusion of previous section How to Set the Begin Date
for DST for instruction), press the ● right button.
6. The display flashes P4 EdLt again. Press the ◄ left button several times until END appears, and
select the ● right button to save your updated settings.
Note: To disable the Daylight Saving Setting, set the beginning and ending date to the same date.
