My copier has problem E013, canon np 6050, when i start it. please help me, I have many jobs now. i need the step to solve it

The problem code E013 means that your waste toner container is full and it's time to empty it out. This is usually a copier tech job but It's not hard. I'll tell you what's involved and you can choose to hire a guy or do it yourself. The only tool you will need is a Phillips #2 screwdriver. When standing in front of your copier there is a panel on the right side of your machine that is held on with 2 screws which is hiding the waste toner container, simply remove the panel and pull the container out and empty it into a garbage bag and re-insert this container back into the copier. This panel that you are looking for with the 2 screws is about 5 inches by 16 inches (or so...). Repost if the code does not go away after this, sometimes there are complications with this code.
