Re: lost remote reset chanels

The great thing about sony is you dont need the remote to do menu functions. there is a flip down panel in the front that has the menu, cursers, and select buttons. just select the tab you need in the menu (channels) select the type of input (cable :on/off) then auto program. be sure to have the VCR off so not to program the channel 3 only.

Most sets it is impossible and will skip channel 3 and input. You will need to buy a cheap universal remote.

Tv won't change from chanel to chanel

Do a hard reset to this set and check first. To make it hard reset, unplug the set from AC mains wall socket, and re-plug it back after 10 minutes or so.If this do not help you, check and replace its main system memory IC.

BEKO TRW325 TV. Frozen on chanel 1.

I turned the TV off. I held in all of the (4) buttons on the front of the TV and turned the TV back on again....this seemed to free up the remote control access and I was able to work the TV normally. The four buttons were the channel and the volume controls.
