Question about ASUS (90-N801W1000) DVD-RAM/DVD-RW Burner
My ASUS DVD DRW-1814 BL writer was purchased last summer, it was working up until this morning, I looked in the Bios but it is no longer listed there now and the Device Manager states that its driver might be corrupted (Code 39)?
I have Vista Home Premium 64 Bit and my CPU is an AMD AM2 Dual core 5600.
Can you help please,
Try reinstalling your operating system ( try format your cd or just repair it). The system will automatically detect the driver for your drive but if it was not listed in the bios try checking the cables attached to your drive.. or still if not.. the drive may be damaged.

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
