Question about Creative Labs Zen Nano Plus MP3 Player
I left my Creative Zen Nano in my car. It got down to about 10 degrees. When I went to use it next it would do nothing but come up with the Creative Logo, it wouldn't even turn off. Now with a fresh battery and at 70 degree room temp for 3 days, it will turn off and on, play the radio, and record the radio, but it says "no music". When I attached it to my computor, the computor recognizes it but won't load any songs, or let me check the inventory of songs that I had loaded in it. In the information section it says I have 981.+ megs of songs. Any ideas?
My screen looks like broken glass. Have I damaged the screen?

Try downloading the MP3 player recovery tool from Creative's website (the tool contains the latest firmware update available -- 1.15.03). Plug your ZV+ into your PC, run the program and let it update the firmware. Then format, reload your music and try it.
