Question about Home Satellite Radios
The unit just stopped picking up a signal. It has had this problem several times before, but has resolved itself after a day or so. But this time it just not picking up a signal.
I have reset the unit, reinstalled the software and driven around with it for hours, but it will not pick up a signal.
The unit is in 1st class condition. it is fully charged and all menus work correctly. In the GPS menu, it says that 'GPS is found'.
Com Port is Com2, Baud rate is 4800 and Proptocol is NMEA.
Still no joy !
Can anyone help ?

You must be sure to have satellite radio turned off in order to connect to the pc. If you are using a home dock, first make sure satellite is off and then push the "Sync" button on the front of the home dock.
