Unplug it from the power outlet and plug it into a wall power point. If no luck, you might have had a power surge and the power supply has broken. To replace it, remove the back plastic cover that leads the paper up, and unscrew the screw that holds the plastic cover on the power side. Open the toner door, remove toner and unscrew the screw that holds the plastic cover on the power side. Now you will be able to remove the plastic cover from the power supply. Next unwire the wire that leads to the fuser and unscrew the 2 screws from the fuser unit that go into power supply. After this you will be able to pull out the power supply and put in a new one doing all the above steps backwards.
Hi, Your problem could be related to a faulty power supply. You could do the following. Unplug the power supply (battery) from the printer and make sure is connected to the wall outlet. There should be a green light on the power supply. If the light is on then you have power. Make sure you are plugging the power supply correctly in the back of the printer. You can place the power supply the wrong way and still feel that it went into the printer. If you put it one way and the printer won't turn on then try it the other way and see if that fixes it. If there is no light in the power supply then you can try another outlet if still no light then you can assume is damaged.
It is the normal printer preparation occured.
If it is happening then try a power flee and reset
Unplug power cord from printer when there is still power in the All-In-One and also from the power outlet, leave it unplugged for atleast 1Min,
Then plug the power cable directly to wall outlet without the surg protector, Before connecting the power cord to the printer press and hold the # and No 6 Button at the same time without releasing the keys connect the power cable to the unit, do not release the key unitil you see a message as semifull reset.
If the printer turns off then release the keys and turn on the printer.
