are you sure you have the right plug?wite wires are normaly found only on 120v and 347v systems. but if it realy is 240v then black to black, red to wite and yellow/green to green.

When we cook in the oven it says F2 every 10 mins.

This means that your oven temp sensor has failed. There is no way to fix the sensor. You have to replace. The f2 means that your oven has reached its heaeting limit and it shuts down for safety. Replace oven temp sensor and it wil fix it.

Black lines when using copier

Lift up the document feeder and look for wite-out on the small glass.

If there is a sliding blue tab on the toner cartridge, move it back and forth 10 times. (cleans the charge wire)

Physically look at he drum, it should have no toner on it.

Timer light

does the light blink for more than 70 secounds? if it does go off after 70 seounds the keyboard lockout feature may be engages to unlock press and hold menu on keyboard for 10 secounds. If the set contiunes to blink after 70 secound after plug in then you maye have power issues or a possible bad digital board
