my camera was dropped by some drunken fool at a club. the camera model is the Casio Exlim zoom Ex-Z75 with 7.2mp. I'm not sure how he dropped it. But it was from pretty high up, and i believe that it fell on the corner where the battery is. If you open the flap, the battery should have a little grey button which keeps the battery in place. That fell off and the battery keeps sliding out when the flap is released. The lens will not retract and when i press the button for it to turn on or off it says "retry power" for about 5 seconds, and the lens moves about a few millimeters but then returns to it's original broken position and it turns off again. My one year warranty is not up yet but before I even try to send it in, I'm wondering if its worth even fixing or if I should just invest in another camera

Our Vtech kidizoom pro wont recognize the SD card. I have tried both positions of the 'switch' on the sd card, but still no joy. I receive the meaages ''sd card is write protected'' although I have have loaded some music files to the card from my mac's card reader. The music files play fine on the vtech.
